A QUICK BREAKDOWN OF OUR CREATIVE PROCESS:
STEP ONE:
LET'S GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER
We want to know your story. The first step in most projects is scheduling a consultation. Once you've scheduled your consultation you will be sent a questionnaire to complete before our scheduled chat. During our chat, we will learn about your brands and your goals. We will prepare a custom proposal based on our call. You'll be able to review the proposal and request revisions if necessary. We understand that some people may want to skip the consultation which is fine. If this is you, go directly to the shop page and place an order. You'll receive a questionnaire within 24 hours asking for more details about your brand. A consultation is required if you are interested in website services or strategy services.
STEP TWO:
LET'S THE MAGIC BEGIN
Now it's time to bring your brand to life. We will take all of the information that we gathered and begin working on your project. Our project turnaround times typically range from 4-6 weeks but don't worry we will keep you updated throughout the process.
STEP THREE:
THE MOMENT OF TRUTH
Once your project is complete we will send over a preview. During this phase, you will be able to share your feedback. Don't worry, we do allow revisions so you won't be stuck with something that you don't love. If revisions are needed, we will keep the project open and begin making edits. Revisions add time to the process. We will discuss the new delivery timelines.
STEP FOUR:
THE HANDOFF
After your project has been approved we will begin the process of transferring everything to you. We will walk you through this and provide you with any important information that you need. Depending on the service you're booking, we may need to hop on a zoom call to complete the handoff.

MEET THE DESIGNER
BEHIND THE BRAND: BENNETT BRANDS COMPANY
Hey there,
My name is Promise Bennett and I'm the founder of Bennett Brands Company. I could use this section to talk about all of my experience or certifications, but I would rather tell you my story, the short version of course.
I've wanted to be an entrepreneur since I was a child before I even knew how to label it. I've also always loved marketing, but my journey here wasn't normal. After dropping out of college (while pursuing a degree in marketing) I spend time working in corporate roles and learning the ins and outs of business. I also started a few companies during that time and almost ALL of them ultimately failed.
Can you guess why?
If you said lack of marketing and branding, then you guessed right. I was passionate, ambitious, and driven but I couldn't build a sustainable brand. I wasn't clear on who exactly I was servicing or how to get the word out to the masses. I made the mistake of trying to make everyone my customer, epic mistake. Most of my sales came from word of mouth, family, and friends.
Eventually, those sales slowed down and I was faced with reality, I wasn't fully ready to run a business. So I took the next 5 years to study marketing and branding and get as much knowledge and experience as I could. Now I am helping other brown and black women launch and grow successful brands.
I've been running Bennett Brands Company for the last 3 years. I am here because I care. I started this company because it's my passion, because this is the company I wish existed when I first started. I care about your story and I want to help you share it.
